Finally, something practical from Yelp.I get stick of all the hipsters, myself included, blah-blahing about where to go.I needed to get my watch fixed, found this guy and it cost $10. ?What else needs to be said?
BE CAREFUL!I have had two terrible experiences here. I took a watch I thought was a real Movado there, they told it was authentic, I spent a lot of money to fix it up to sell it – only to find out, it was a fake. So I avoided the store for a few years. The other day I went back with watches and jewelry to fix. They threw out the backing cards for the jewelry, so cannot resell, and just now I have just discovered that one of the Timex watches (my own) ?- on which the indiglo was broken – wasn’t fixed at all! They don’t get it Stainless Steel Earrings! They seem nice on the surface but they are hustlers so STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY Stainless Steel Rings!!!!
this is the place to go if you need a watch repaired–they got a 70-year-old Bulova watch that belonged to my grandfather working perfectly in a day. ?when the stainless steel band detached, they magically got that fixed too! ?they’ve also undented my engagement ring and fixed a necklace–i would go to them for any kind of watch/jewelry repairs.
I got my Cartier Roadster serviced a year ago here. The service was awesome. I recently dropped my watch and took it back to him and he fixed at no charge on the spot. This guy has been there 28 years and repairing watches and you name if for over 44 yrs. This is my first review I felt compelled to let the public know.

Sam then proceeded to sketch-out out an engagement ring based on our conversation. Although JOL had a wide selection of ready-to-go engagement rings/sets Sterling Silver Pendants, Sam drew-up a custom design for me. He told me that the custom engagement ring set would be ready in about 2-3 weeks. Then came the rings! WOW! I have never seen such fine craftsmanship. Amazingly, the final cost was LESS than the generic pre-made rings at other high-end retailers. Then I proposed. Literally, my fiance almost fainted. We couldn’t be happier with our rings. My fiance always gets a “kick” out of knowing that she has a one-of-a-kind rhinestone jewelry, custom-designed, engagement ring. Thank you, Sam! We will be doing business again.
